If people could understand WHY fats, proteins, and carbohydrates are important for vital health, WHERE to get more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into the diet; WHILE, eating everything in moderation and HOW to incorporate these foods by preparation – people could live a long, balanced, happy, and healthy life!
